Mobile Phone Plans Eligibility Criteria

Necessary documents for Etisalat:

  1. Valid and original Emirates ID
  2. UAE issued credit card
  3. One of the following documents:
    • Stamped salary certificate (minimum salary: AED 2,500)
    • Vehicle licence
    • Three months bank/online bank statement
    • Last month’s utility bill with physical address
    • Tenancy/ownership contract
    • Ministry of Labour contract (minimum salary: AED 2,500 for Postpaid plans & AED 4000 for Devices)

Necessary documents for du:

  1. Valid and original Emirates ID
  2. UAE issued credit card or debit card

Please note that a credit assessment will be performed by the operator on your Emirates ID through the Etihad Credit Bureau, which is owned by the UAE Federal Government. Depending on this assessment, your instalment plan will be approved, rejected or partially approved.
