Aladdin Warranty Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the terms which govern the Aladdin Reward Store.


By joining the Aladdin Reward Store, Members agree to be bound by these terms. Mobile Live DMCC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.


The Aladdin Reward Store is run and operated by Mobile Live DMCC, a Free Zone company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates whose registered office is at 408, Indigo Tower, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Under the Aladdin Reward Store, Members can buy products and access additional discounts by using the Aladdin Coins they earned by using Aladdin.life service.

Definitions

“We” or “Us” means Mobile Live DMCC Middle East,


“You” means the individual Member or individual who is applying to become a Member.


“Member” means a registered Member of the Aladdin Reward Store.


“Site “means the Aladdin Website at www.aladdin.life


“Aladdin Reward Store” means the Aladdin Store website currently at www.aladdin.life and any subdomain within aladdin.life.

Warranty Policy

Warranty policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product.


Products carry a full warranty for the period specified by each respective seller.


Warranty for various products differs, and some products carry different warranty periods due to the nature of the product's design, manufacture or expected use.


The warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

a. Warranty does not cover physical damage of any product/accessory.


b. The warranty is valid only when the valid warranty card is attached and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name, model and serial number of the product. Sellers reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product.


c. During the Warranty period Seller or its authorized service center will repair or replace at Seller’s sole discretion a defected product.


d. The warranty does not cover the following:


- Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear


- Use other than in accordance with the user manual, rough handling, tampering, exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal or environmental conditions or a rapid change in such conditions, corrosion, oxidation, unauthorized modifications or connections, unauthorized opening or repair, repair by use of unauthorized spare parts, accidents, forces of nature unless the defect was caused directly by defects in materials or workman-ship.


e. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.


f. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer.


g. To avail warranty services if a defect occurs in your product within the valid warranty period, you can raise the request through customercare@aladdin.life. Aladdin.life warranty team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and troubleshooting followed by pictures of the product from all angles along with IMEI/Serial number.


h. The customer shall ensure that the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, Aladdin.life will not be responsible for the damage and the claimed item will be returned to the customer without servicing.

Miscellaneous

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai UAE.


No waiver

Any failure by us to take any action in respect of a breach of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of their enforceability. We can still enforce it later. Mobile Live DMCC always reserves its rights in respect of these terms and conditions.


Severance

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.


Assignment

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to another organization. Member accounts are personal and may not be transferred to anyone else.


Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control

DOA (Dead on Arrival) – if product is dead within 7 days of arrival to the customer.

After Delivery / Used product:

Please note that Khind Middle East DMCC will not bear any courier or picking charge for any products on above cases.

  • The package should be not open and not damaged if the return is done upon the customer’s decision.

Repair under Warranty Conditions:
  1. KARCHER Appliances offer One Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
  2. KARCHER Home & Garden Machines (Yellow & White Lines) are for domestic use only.
  3. Warranty becomes void if used for industrial or commercial use.
  4. Following documents are mandatory for warranty claim:
    1. Original/copy of customer invoice as ‘proof of purchase’.
    2. Service job no of Retail outlet/ Karcher Service Centre.
  5. Retailers within 1 working day should share complete information of serviceable items received for repair with KARCHER service Centre either through email or phone on above mentioned coordinates.
  6. KARCHER will deliver back serviced product to Retailer within 15 working days from the day of collection.
  7. KARCHER accessories (Hose, Gun, Lance, Nozzle, floor tool, suction hose, suction tube etc.) are not covered under warranty.
Manufacturing Defect within 7 days of purchase:
  1. Customer is entitled for replacement if the product is found dead on arrival or develops a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Invoice validating date of purchase and outlet return receipt to be provided along with defective machine for replacement.
  3. Customer should exchange dead/ defective machine with complete set of accessories against new machine.
  4. Customer will be charged for missing accessories as per KARCHER price list.
  5. KARCHER has the right to decline warranty if machine is misused or not operated as per product manual guidelines.
Defect after 7 days of purchase:
  1. The motor is fully covered by KARCHER warranty for one year from the date of Purchase.
  2. Warranty is void in case of non-availability of proof of purchase.
  3. Repairable products under OR out of warranty will not be entitled for refund/ exchange.
Over Warranty Repair:
  1. Out of warranty products will be repaired and charged as per KARCHER price list.
  2. In case of non-availability of invoice, products will be considered out of warranty and chargeable as per KARCHER price list.
  3. KARCHER Service Centre will send a Repair Estimate/ Quotation to Customer within 3 working days of collecting the item.
  4. Item will be repaired within 5 working days, only after receiving the approval of Repair Quotation from the Customer via email.
  5. KARCHER will not repair the product without written approval by Customer.
  6. KARCHER will scrap the unit if not claimed within 1 month.
