Our Exchange & Returns Policy

Our suppliers offer returns for products between fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipment to you if the product is eligible for return.

Products that are eligible for return have an indication (such as an icon, or mention under Returns policy) on the product detail page. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Returns can be requested if the product has arrived damaged, opened, or not functioning as designed.

A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for return.

Depending on your location, it may take up to one week for a product to reach the supplier once it is collected for review. It may then take up to two (2) business days for the supplier to review and process an exchange or refund.

A replacement might be arranged within two (2) business days, and in the event that a replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund.

A refund may take between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days to get credited to your debit or credit card, or within 6 hours to your Aladdin Rewards wallet, subject to the condition of the returned product.
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Electronics and Mobiles

  1. The product must be returned with the original packaging.
  2. If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  3. If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

Beauty and Health

  1. Hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.
  2. Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc), fragrances and Health products that are opened or used will not be accepted.

Home & Kitchen

  1. Furniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return.
  2. Home decor products are accepted for return only if the product is unopened, free from any damage and must be in the original packaging.
  3. Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted for return.
  4. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.

Sports & Outdoors

  1. Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.

Stationery & Office Supplies

  1. The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
  2. Any item which is used or damaged will not be accepted.

General conditions applicable to all returns

We reserve the right to return a product to the customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. You will not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.


In the case a product is declined for a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to deliver the product back to you. If our attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, the product will be returned to the supplier. You will be notified of delivery attempts by the delivery company via SMS and/or email.


You may raise a request for another attempt with our customer care team within three (3) business days after the last notified attempt, and another attempt will be made within two (2) business days after which the item will be disposed of and you will not be able to request for the delivery of the product again.
