          All prepaid plans except for Tourist Plan.

2.How can I activate a data bundle?

3.How will I know I activated the data bundle?

        You will receive a confirmation SMS once you activate your data bundle.

4.Can I use the data bundle while I am out of the country?

        No, these data bundles can be only used within the UAE.

5.How can I check my remaining data balance?

       To check your data balance anytime, SMS Balance to 1355.

6.What happens if I don’t finish my data bundle allowance within the validity?

       Any leftover data will be lost once the validity is expired.

7.Will my data bundles renew automatically?

      If you activated one of the recurrent data bundles, your bundle will renew automatically, every 30 days. However,        if you activated a one-off data bundle, your bundle won’t renew automatically.

8.What happens if I buy another data bundle before I finish my current data bundle allowance?

     If you activate a recurrent data bundle on top of another recurrent data bundle (upgrade/downgrade), then the           benefits of the old bundle will remain until the expiry date and the renewal will be done on the new data bundle.
     If you activate a one-off bundle on top of a recurrent data bundle or on top of another one-off data bundle, then         every bundle will have its own expiry date. The usage will be deducted from the data bundle with the nearest             expiry data first.

9.Can I recharge with data directly?

Yes, you can:

    1. Dial *131*RechargeNumber# and press the call key
    2. Dial *135# then follow the instructions
    3. Recharge online without the need to log-in, simply visit
    4. Call IVR 135 from the line to be recharged, choose option 1, 3 and then 4
    5. Recharge through our du app or My Account

10.How will I know if I received the data allowance?

You’ll receive a confirmation SMS once you recharge with the data option.

11.If I recharge with data, can I make calls or send SMSs?

No, when you recharge with the data option, you only get a data balance.

12.I made a recharge with data by mistake, can I reverse the recharge into regular credit?

No, but you can make another recharge with regular credit.

13.What happens if I recharge with data more than once?

Each data recharge will have its own validity period and the bundles will expire after their validity.

14. Can I transfer my data allowance with my friend?

No, data allowance can’t be transferred.

15. Will this data renew automatically?

No, it won’t renew automatically. You’ll have to make another recharge to top-up your data balance.
